To Mary’s Bible Study:
I’ve come to the point that I don’t know what to say to those of you who have been so faithful to my Bible studies. As you know once again, I went live on FB and was able to manage lessons for a week or two. then I got sick again and was out this past month, April 9. I started again with a lesson in Daniel feeling very well and thinking that everything was behind me. The following Wednesday morning, I was taking to the emergency room with extremely high blood pressure and symptoms of having a stroke. They kept me for quite a while did all sorts of test and could find nothing and sent me home saying that evidently it was just a BP event. And then early Friday morning there I was again back in the ER, but this time it was extremely high again, having symptoms of a possible stroke. So once again, I had to opt out for Facebook live studies and missed the same weeks teaching in my church.
My Dr. put me on two different medication’s for blood pressure. Since my parents both had congestive heart failure, and my brother is having a few problems I decided to self refer to a cardiologist. He has added one new medication. Presently I am going through testing to see if my heart or something else could be going on.
I apologize about the inability to be faithful to our weekly Bible study. Being able to share what I learned in my own studies has been the delight of my heart since my husband passed away eight years ago. I feel that this is what God has called me to do and I am distraught about my health interfering with that.
To those of you that have been so faithful to come and hear, even as sporadic as it has been, just know that I am working and doing as much as I am able to figure out how to get myself back on track. I want to return sharing God‘s word.
Thank you for your patience and understanding and if you happen to have a moment in your day, please take that moment and pray for me.
