As we continue through of May, the Church honors our Blessed Mother, Mary.

We invite you to seek Our Lady’s loving intercession during this Marian month and to grow closer to her Son through prayer. One of the greatest ways we can do this is by praying the Rosary — a powerful devotion that brings peace, comfort, and grace into our lives.

We encourage you to join us in praying the Rosary before 8:30 Mass in Ida.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us.

With great joy, we welcomed three new members into the Church at the Easter Vigil. May the grace of these Sacraments strengthen them as they begin this new life.

Measles Exposure

The Monroe County Health Department is reporting a case of measles and alerting the public to the possibility of exposure at multiple locations.

The measles virus can live for up to two hours in the air.

Individuals who were present at the following locations during the listed dates and times may have been exposed to the measles virus.

March 28, St. Joseph Church in Ida from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

March 31, Trinity Health IHA Urgent Care-Milan from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
