HANDS ON HOLIDAYS FOR KIDS -- SUKKOT!
Sunday, October 5, 2025
10:30 am – 12:00 noon

All are invited to this month’s Tot program celebrating the lovely holiday of Sukkot! There’ll be interactive singing, stories and crafts.

Following the short session, we’ll join our religious school students, teachers and parents for the decorating our community sukkah...and a pizza lunch!

All preschool children (0-3 yrs) and their parents/caregivers, grandparents & siblings are welcome.

Drop-in. No charge. Synagogue membership is not required.

Meet one of our talented artists:

PORIA ANAT MALKA

Poria Anat Malka is an Israeli/American Jewish artist based on Cape Cod. She has exhibited her work in both Israel and the US, and as of recently maintains a permanent exhibit at the Poria Art Studio in Barnstable Village.

"My paintings are of places both real and fantasy. The observer feels levitation and intuitive movement when viewing the paintings, as would a bird looking down from above. I use all colors; I express my feministic powers in my art, turning problematic topics into joyous ones, creating happiness in my works of art. I express the landscape of my childhood and provincial characters. I draw on canvas or on wood without a plan or sketch. I believe in freedom and flow." -Poria
