उत्तर भारत , बिहार , पंजाब, राजस्थान, मध्यप्रदेश आदि राज्यों में पूर्णिमांत को मानते है , वहाँ की परंपरा के अनुसार USA में श्रावणमास 22 July Monday से आरंभ होगा

Navagrah pooja after solar eclipse

During solar eclipse Temple will be closed
Temple will open 5:00 pm

Grahan dosh nivaran pooja & Navagrah pooja 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
Tempal Aarti 7:00 pm

1. सूर्य ग्रहण से पहले और बाद में स्नान करें
2. ग्रहण से कम से कम दो घंटे पहले भोजन करें … ग्रहण के समय भोजन बिलकुल ना करें
3. सूर्य ग्रहण समाप्त होने के बाद ताजा भोजन खाएं
4. ग्रहण के दौरान सीधे सूर्य को देखने से बचना चाहिए
5. ग्रहण के दौरान बाहर जाने से बचें
6. सूर्य ग्रहण के दौरान अपने इष्ट देवता का अनुष्ठान करें
7. सूर्य ग्रहण के बाद मंदिर में जाकर नवग्रह का दर्शन पूजा अवश्य करे
8. सूर्य ग्रहण के समय में गर्भवती महिला को अपने पेट पर ऊनीसॉल अथवा कपड़ा लपेटकर रखना चाहिए … एवं ग्रहण को ना देखे

1. Take bath before and after the solar eclipse
2. Eat food at least two hours before the eclipse… do not eat at all during the eclipse
3. Eat fresh food after the solar eclipse ends
4. Avoid looking directly at the sun during the eclipse
5. Avoid going out during the eclipse
6. Perform rituals of your Ishta Devta during the solar eclipse
7. After the solar eclipse, go to the temple and worship the Navgrahas
8. During the solar eclipse, a pregnant woman should wrap her stomach in a woolen sol or cloth… and do not look at the eclipse
