The Mary Magdalene House The Mary Magdalene House is a mission of hope for individuals and families in crisis. There will be no charge for counseling sessions.

No matter the struggle—addiction, adoption, mental health, or a difficult chapter—we offer a listening ear, compassion, and support when it’s needed most. The Mary Magdalene House is a non-profit organization walking with families in need of support while a family member is walking through mental illnesses. We operate strictly on donations.

🌿 Slow Down. Be Still. Invite God In.

Life can get so busy that we forget to simply stop.

We invite you to join us and welcome Pastor Daren Lugafet to slow down, put away the noise, take a deep breath, sit quietly and meditate on God’s presence.

Pastor Daren will lead us through an Invitation, using Holy Scripture.

🙏 “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

What might happen if we gave God a few quiet minutes of our day—not asking for anything, just Inviting Him into us?

Slow down. Breathe. Be still. Invite God in. ❤️

Did you know we use board games during our foster youth cooking and mental health classes? They’re a great way to pass the time while cupcakes or cookies are baking!

We’re also adding a Dudes’ Game Night, focused on board games, conversation, and hanging out.

You can help us refresh our supply of board games by shopping from our Amazon list. We appreciate your support—and the fun that comes with a good board game!

💛 3 Things Adopted Adult Children May Experience

Adoption is beautiful, but it can also bring complicated emotions which continue into adulthood.

1️⃣ Questions about identity & belonging
“Who am I?” and “Where do I fit?” may become important questions.

2️⃣ Grief & loss
Even in a loving adoptive family, there may be grief over biological family, siblings, heritage, or unanswered questions.

3️⃣ Fear of rejection or abandonment
Past experiences can sometimes affect relationships and create a deeper sensitivity to rejection or loss.

❤️ Adoptive parents, your adult child may not need you to have all the answers. They may simply need a safe place to ask the questions.

Mom's you are invited to join us Thursday evening as we navigate how to keep supporting and showing our deepest love to our adopted kids!

We are starting to gear up for the Bazaar. We are excited about offering a Family Crafting Center. One of the crafts we would like to offer ... Make your own Christmas Cards.

If you have a bunch of scrapbooking stuff you don't know what to do with or old Christmas cards, we would be willing to take it off your hands to use at the Bazaar.

Thanks in advance for making the Bazaar a great event!

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Save the Date! Dude's game night coming October! We are changing the Men's card night a bit to reach out to a greater group of Men. This is a night of , good food, laughter and a place for connection with other Men seeking a greater relationship with Jesus. We recognize that God made the church to gather together and we invite the Men in our community to come together and grow in Christ!

Morning,
Need some help. I have a person at Mary Mag who needs 4 new tires for his truck. The cost will be about $500. We don't offer this kind of service and do not have the funds to start this kind of service. He doesn't qualify for care-portal. Any suggestions of how to help him get the tires he need for his truck?

EDIT: The need for the tires was been met, but I am still looking to make a list of resources for when I come up with this need again. So if you have more resources, please feel free to share!

Taking suggestions. Thanks
