Regular Youth Meetings are from 5:00-7:00 Sunday nights with Bible study, recreation and praise & worship. A light meal is provided.

Movie Update - We just got a call back from Palace Pointe. They ARE showing "I Can Only Imagine 2" this Sunday, February 22 at 3:30. This will save us 2 hours of driving and 50 cents!! Meet at Clement at 3:00 if you want to ride the church bus. We will still practice for the Dinner Theater (coming up April 12th) when we get back to the church around 6:00. We'll have some pizza too.

Youth Meeting is cancelled tonight. After I sent the test blast saying we were still having Youth tonight, it really started snowing hard and sticking. And with the threat of black ice, it's a good idea to stay home. We had a great time on the Winter Hike yesterday. It was a small group but we had fun. Here are some pics.

The Winter Hike in the Cane Creek Mountains Natural Area is still on for this Saturday. The only change is that instead of bringing our lunch, we will eat an early lunch at the new Whataburger in Mebane. Meet at the church at 10:00. We'll get back between 4:00-5:00.

Reminder: The Youth are going to see the Christmas lights in the Sunset Hills neighborhood in Greensboro. Seeing the lights is free but eating at Mellow Mushroom isn't so bring some money. And we might work up an appetite walking around looking at the lights, so there's a good chance we'll get some doughnuts and hot chocolate before heading home. Meet at Clement at 5:30. We'll get back around 10:30 that night. Here's a pic from our trip to Sunset Hills a couple of years ago.

The Youth Meeting this Sunday will start earlier at 5:30 to see the movie End of the Spear. Also we will have a competition between the Middle Schoolers and the High Schoolers to see who can bring the most non-perishable food items for the Christian Help Center. The winning team will be awarded FABULOUS PRIZES ( no "not-so-fabulous" prizes - guaranteed!) Here's some pics from the High School Youth's Fall Conference at Ft. Caswell.

The meeting time for the Youth Mountain Trip Saturday has been changed to 9:30. Because we're leaving later, our return time will be around 9:00. Lunch is provided but money will be needed for supper at a fast food place on the way home. Wear walking shoes - no flip flops or sandals please. A grandma with bad knees has offered to go as the female chaperone. So if you can possibly go, please let me know asap. Thanks.
