He didn't give us a date. He gave us a mandate: be ready.

Scripture: "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." (Matthew 24:36)

We have clues, and we have no clues. Jesus told us about wars, famines, earthquakes, and deceivers. He told us to watch the fig tree. Then He said nobody knows the day or the hour. Not the angels, not the prophecy charts, not the preacher with a countdown clock.

Why would He give us signs but hide the date? Because He doesn't want us calculating. He wants us consecrating. If you knew the date, you'd cram. Since you don't, you have to live ready.

The signs aren't there to scare you. They're there to wake you up. Stop asking "When?" and start asking "Am I ready?"

Reflect: If Jesus came tonight, what would you wish you had dealt with today?

Pray: Father, take my curiosity about "when" and turn it into commitment right now.

A prepared life is surrendered, sustained, and doing His will.
Scripture: "Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing." (Matthew 24:46)

Too many of us think we're ready because we feel close to God. We had a good Sunday and cried at the altar. But feelings don't fill lamps.

A prepared life has three marks. It is surrendered: Jesus is Lord over everything, not just the parts you're comfortable handing Him. It is sustained: you live on His Word and His Spirit, not on last month's revelation. And it is faithfully doing His will: not planning to, not meaning to, but doing.
Jesus didn't say blessed is the servant He finds feeling ready. He said blessed is the one He finds so doing. Readiness isn't a mood. It's a lifestyle.

Reflect: Which of the three, surrendered, sustained, or doing, is weakest in your life right now?

Pray: Lord, I don't want to feel ready. I want to be ready. Search me and show me what I'm still holding back.

Ready or not… HE’S COMING. ??

Today we went into Matthew 24–25, and the message was simple: WE NEED TO BE PREPARED.

A prepared life is a life surrendered to Jesus, sustained by His Word and Spirit, and faithfully doing His will. Not almost. Not someday. NOW.

Jesus gave us clues, but nobody knows the day or the hour. And He has expectations. When He comes, will He find faith? Will He find you so doing?

Hear me: not everyone who says “Lord, Lord” is getting in. The five foolish virgins had lamps but no oil. They were close to the door, and then the door was shut. ??

So prepare your mind. Prepare your emotions. Prepare your body. Prepare your finances. Walk in your purpose.

“Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.” (Matthew 24:44)

🏆 WINNING MENTALITY 🏆

Lifers, we came to church today and found out we've been fighting the wrong fight. 🔥

Some of us are wearing ourselves out trying to win a game Jesus has ALREADY won. On the cross He said three words that settled it forever: "It is finished." (John 19:30)

Here's what we heard today:

👑 Winning begins with the mind of Christ. "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus." (Phil. 2:5) Jesus didn't judge victory by how comfortable the assignment felt. He stayed faithful to the Father all the way through it.

👀 Look at Jesus, not everyone else. He is the author AND the finisher of our faith. (Heb. 12:2)

🏠 Live like you are winning. Even in Babylon, God said build, plant and seek the peace of the city. His thoughts toward you are peace, not evil, to give you an expected end. (Jer. 29:11)

⚠️ A losing mentality can produce losing decisions. Stop making choices out of defeat when Heaven already called the game.

⏳ In the last days, stay prepared. Watch, be ready, and don't get caught sleeping. (Matt. 24–25)

You can satisfy today's scoreboard and still wake up tomorrow feeling behind. But we don't live faithfully so Jesus can someday win. We live faithfully because He ALREADY secured the victory, and our lives belong to Him.

Say it with us:
"In Christ, I am standing in a victory that today's circumstances cannot overturn." 🙌🏾

Nay, in all these things we are MORE than conquerors through Him that loved us. (Rom. 8:37)
