As Presbyterians, we don’t pretend to be skilled players in the game of Christian life. We know the truth; we are sick and sinful people, utterly in need of a Father who runs to us and a Savior who rescues us.
Again and again, we come empty-handed, and again and again, He loves us, forgives us, and provides for us. This is our hope. This is our peace. Grateful for a grace we could never earn. 🙏

This past Sunday, over 20 of our youth and children led worship at Covenant! From the choir, the band and the sermon to the greeters and ushers, our young people led the entire service as we celebrated our graduating seniors, awarded the Richard C**n scholarships to students from a local high school, and witnessed the baptism and confirmation of two of our youth. It was a joyful, Spirit-filled morning, and we couldn’t be more proud of them! What was your favorite moment from Youth Sunday?

Recently, our church family gathered at the altar to dedicate five new Bibles in prayer. We prayed over each one, asking the Lord to place them in the hands of an adult who would either give their life to Christ for the first time or experience a fresh season of rededication and renewed faith. Over the past five years, we’ve given away 15 Bibles just like these. Even before we know who will receive them, we pray for them, trusting that God will bring them through our doors in His perfect timing. This is the power of prayer and the faithfulness of our God at work. If you are thinking about giving your life to Christ or want to rededicate your life to Him, we would love to talk and pray with you. We’re overflowing with joy to celebrate Tayler’s baptism yesterday! 🙌 After discovering our church online while still living in California, Tayler made the decision to fully commit her life to Christ. Yesterday, she was baptized, and both Tayler and her husband Sean officially became members of Covenant.
This is our 15th adult baptism or recommitment to Christ, a beautiful reminder of God’s relentless pursuit of His lost sheep. Every Bible we give is prayed over by our Session for five years now, carrying the hope that the Good Shepherd continues to seek and save the lost.
