To close out our amazing Sunday, our Youth Group had a wonderful Progressive Dinner Christmas party! Special thanks to our three host stops: Rodger Garbs and Charlee Sheffield Garbs (appetizers stop), Daniel McFarlane and Jolene Bon-Jorno McFarlane (entrees stop), Greg Oberg and Georgia Mccollum-Oberg (desserts stop), plus all of our awesome providers of meal components, plus all of our adult chaperones! 18 youth, 5 adults, lots of great food, and a crazy sock gift exchange. Lots of filled bellies, filled hearts and laughter! Now, onto Christmas Eve!

Even though we were pumpkin-less today for Fair on the Square, it was a great day for our Youth Ministry! Our parking lot fundraiser raised $2,450! A record! Great job to the 9 youth, 2 children, and the adults who helped them: Scott Fisher, Stephen Bell, Kathy Cunningham, Krisha Powell Goodney, Georgia Mccollum-Oberg, Jackalyn Cauthen, Wendy Ingram. Every penny goes into kids & youth accounts for youth trips, summer camps and mission camps! Well done, team!

Due to problems with the trucking companies, the pumpkins will not be here tomorrow, or in time for Fair on the Square. Please be patient with us, for we are at the mercy of the trucking lines. Once they have given us a definite time of arrival, we will share that with everyone. The delay is pushed into next week at the earliest. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are disappointed they will not be here in time for Fair on the Square (the #1 sales day for Pumpkin Patch).
