Even as we come against some big obstacles with our new property, we know that God is faithful to provide and we are celebrating some more visible progress this month!

The slab is about to be poured, curbs and gutters are in, the driveway leading up to the property is wide and drivable!!! Glory to God!!!

Please join us in prayer, in giving and in sharing with others about our progress. Many hands make light work and we know we can reach our goals with everyone's help! Please take a moment to read our full update on our new property and how you can help us overcome our biggest hurdles in this phase of the project.

Only 6 short weeks till our 12th annual St. Michael's Church Retreat at Monte Sano State Park in Alabama!

This retreat welcomes the whole family every year. With hotels nearby as well as a variety of camping, glamping, and cabin rentals, this retreat is a great way to connect with other Orthodox Christians! Kids program included and plenty of free time to enjoy the park. Customize your package from full service meals to just attending the teaching sessions, or simply come for services at the Monte Sano Lodge. We hope to see you there!

Great and Holy Friday

Thank you to those that beautifully decorated the tomb, to those that serve alongside our clergy, to everyone helping direct and sing in the choir, to those keeping the church clean, to everyone who came to worship with us this week, and those that stay late to lock the door, and most of all to our clergy who led us through this Holy Week and into Pascha!!! And our greatest thanksgiving to Christ as he went to the Cross for us.

May God bless us this Pascha and we hope to see you Saturday night, 11:30pm begins our Paschal Vigil!
