Michael the Archangel Orthodox Church is a Huntsville, Alabama community of the Serbian Orthodox Church in North and South America. We are composed of both converts to the faith and "cradle" Orthodox of various backgrounds. Glory to God for a wonderful retreat at Monte Sano State Park this weekend! We so appreciated our time with Dr. Maria Rosana Stoica and Constantine Zalalas and a big THANK YOU to everyone who made this weekend possible!

Recordings of the talks will be posted soon and no Wednesday service this week as we work to unpack and reset the church.

***RETREAT THIS WEEK***

St. Michael's 12th Annual Retreat at Monte Sano State Park begins this Thursday evening! Registration for meals and kids programs has ended but all are welcome to join us for services and our guest speakers. We have Matins each morning, Vespers each evening, and 6 different sessions with our guest speakers Dr. Maria Rosana Stoica and Constantine Zalalas.

Saturday evening we will gather for an all night vigil at 7:30pm and our normal Sunday Divine Liturgy begins with Hours at 9am and Divine Liturgy at 10am followed by lunch, talent show and square dance. We hope to see you there!

The church will be closed this week. All services will be held at the Monte Sano State Park Lodge!
