We had a great Wednesday night at youth group capped off with a beautiful sunset to take us back to our homes. If you’re looking for a place on Wednesday nights to come together with fellow Christ-followers to laugh, hang out, play games, worship and grow closer to the Lord, we’d love to have you join us every Wednesday at Northside. We’ll eat dinner at 5 and then come on down to the youth hall for games & hanging out before we move into a time of worship and diving into God’s Word. We can’t wait to see you! 💙🤍

Any time that we go through hard times or things happen that we don’t necessarily understand why they do… bring it to the feet of our Savior. He is there for you in the good times and bad. Lean on Him. He’s also put the right people in your life that will help you along the way. Like Rodney said tonight, be thankful for everything He’s given you and be thankful no matter what happens to you in your daily life.

From one empty chair in an empty youth room… which quickly transforms to a room full of students fellowshipping with one another through games or just conversation. Students who are eager to learn from the Gospel of Jesus Christ and lift praises to our Lord in worship. This is Wednesday Night Youth at Northside. A family in every sense of the word who are led by the Word.

If you don’t have a place to call home on Wednesday nights after school or on Sunday mornings ahead of a new week, we would love to have you join us! 💙🤍

If there’s anything you took away from tonight, we hope that it is those words. Ask yourself if you know who Jesus is and if you do, are you producing good fruit? Do your actions in every day life reflect that of our Savior? Ponder on Carson’s words tonight as you head to bed and throughout this week and apply them to every moment of every day.

We can’t say thank you enough to Travis Lee for his devotion to our church, our student ministry and the Huntsville community as a whole. The Lord brought him to Huntsville just a few years ago and the impact that Travis has had on our students’ lives at Northside and lives all over Huntsville will be forever etched in our hearts and our minds. For those who may not know, Travis has felt the Lord’s calling to another church and student ministry in South Carolina and is following that calling from our Lord. While we are saddened by his departure, we are eternally grateful for all the work the Lord called him to do here and we can’t wait to see what the Lord will continue to do through Travis and his wonderful wife Ashleigh and their two precious daughters as they head out on this next adventure. We ask for your prayers over Travis and his family as they make their transition to South Carolina and we ask for your prayers as we begin the search for our next student pastor.

Travis, we will miss you tremendously. Thank you for everything!! We love you… but not as much as Jesus does. 💙🤍

Dear Church Family

Due to the inclement weather forecast of extreme cold and ice, we have decided to cancel Sunday Services. I would rather err on the side of caution than see someone be injured trying to get to church. We have put together an online service that will go live at 10:00 on Sunday morning that we can all watch together on our YouTube Channel. There is music and a sermon from several previous recordings that we can worship with together from our homes. We hope you’ll join us for this and feel free to comment live. We will be back on the regular schedule on Wednesday night. Stay warm and safe, see you Wednesday.
