God has opened a window of heaven for Amelia’s Closet! 🙌🏽💜🙌🏽

In the last 7 days, Amelia’s Closet has hosted a Worship Night, been open for our Changing Station program and our sweet friends at YoungLives Huntsville partnered with us for a volunteer night! Also, we have had some generous gifts and our incredibly faithful monthly donors support come in and we have been notified we will be receiving a Corporate grant! All of this has allowed us to place a bulk wholesale order with our diaper partner, EveryLife!

A local public leader has offered their support to champion for us in the coming days! Plus through a private donation and a partnership with The Possible Project we were able to help some moms in Honduras with diapers.

We are ramping up for the first Around the Table sessions which in July will be - A Homeschooling Mom Meetup!!

GOD IS DOING EXCEEDINGLY, ABUNDANTLY ABOVE ALL THAT WE ASK OR THINK!!! We are locked in on HIM and can’t wait to see what HE DOES! 🙌🏽💜🙌🏽 Ephesians 3:20-21

Amelia’s Closet is so excited to announce our newest program—The Changing Station. 🙌🏻

For the months of June and July, we will be open to the public every Tuesday starting June 9th at 157 Monroe Rd Meridianville, AL 35759 from 12-2 PM to exchange diaper sizes and brands (subject to availability). 🧷

If your baby has outgrown a diaper size with a ton of that size leftover or if you have found that your baby doesn’t quite agree with a certain diaper brand (we have all been there), this is for you! Come exchange with us at no cost. This program is open to any and all in our community! 🫶🏻

This is also a great time for diaper donation drop offs! 💜

Please note: This time will NOT be for distributing diapers but allotted for exchanges/donation drop-offs only. ‼️

We are SO excited to announce the finale of our diaper sprinkles—our very first in-house hosted baby shower! 🙌🏻

We teased at our special announcement at the beginning of the year, and here it is! 👀

What better way to celebrate Mother’s Day and the merge of these two organizations than to shower some mamas in the name of Jesus?! 🤍

Saturday, May 9, we will be showering up to 3 mamas at our new permanent location that God’s blessed us with! And we are so excited! 😱

However, in order to pull this off, we need your 🫵🏼help!

We are honored to be able to show these mamas and babies they are seen, heard, and loved by their Savior through providing them basic needs and more for the first 6 months of their baby’s lives! 🥹

God story time. 🥹 Our favorite time. 🙌🏻

We received an emergency request for our Hagar’s Helping Hand Program a few weeks ago and immediately stepped into action. 💪🏻

We had a precious baby that was born early and being released from the NICU for emergency placement with his grandma. That’s the condensed version but MAN what a testimony this baby has. Let’s just say we sat for days marveling at how God has His hand on this baby’s life already. We are truly humbled to be a small part of it. 🥹

When ciphering through our donation bins to collect items for this family, I came up short of burpcloths. Then something caught my eye. In the last bin that I checked, I found the burpcloth pictured. Guess what letter this baby’s name starts with?? J, of course. 🙌🏻🤍

I must also mention that we don’t typically keep monogrammed items as we don’t know how soon they will be used, and we never want to hoard resources for the Lord BUT this one must have “slipped through the cracks” or really just handed to Baby J directly from Jesus. 🫶🏼

The moments we have experienced like this have been numerous since we have begun our journey helping mamas and babies. And it’s a miracle every time. It’s empowerment to keep going. God is so good.

He sees. He hears. He loves, y’all. 💜

Please lift up Baby J, his grandma, and his brave mama in prayer! We know God’s got them, but what a blessing it is to be able to lift their name Jesus!

Praising God for bringing us this precious mama and baby to love on even before our sprinkle applications hit social media! 🙌🏻

Our February Baby made her debut a little bit early. 💕 We are praising Him for a healthy mama and beautiful baby girl AND the opportunity to provide our first Diaper Sprinkle as one organization with double the love!

Mama and Baby got 3 months worth of diapers and has a few extra God goodies headed her way shortly! 🫶🏼

As promised, our diaper sprinkle application process opens on 02/01! 🙌🏻

ICYMI—for the month of January, we supplied some of our distribution partners with diaper sprinkles to use at their discretion for new moms. 🫶🏼

For the months of Feb-April, we will be selecting a mom a month from our applications/nominations to bless with a diaper sprinkle to celebrate acquiring El Roi’s Nursery as a program! 🤍
