💛 MINISTRY SHOUTOUT — PASTORS’ WIVES EDITION! 💛

Today we’re shining the spotlight on three women who may not always be the ones holding the microphone, standing on the platform, or carrying the title of “Pastor”… but their fingerprints are ALL OVER the ministry of Faith Community Church.

Heather Fields. Andrea Dimond. Jasmine Jones. ❤️

Behind each of our pastors is a woman who prays, encourages, sacrifices, listens, serves, supports, loves, and carries more than most people will ever see.

They share their husbands with an entire church family. They walk through the late nights, difficult conversations, unexpected phone calls, busy weekends, victories, disappointments, and everything that comes with ministry. And through it all, they continue to love YOU — our church family — incredibly well.

Some of the most important ministry happens where nobody applauds. And these three women deserve some applause today. 👏👏👏

There’s a version of Christianity that’s easy to live when everyone is watching.

But what about when the room is empty?

When there’s no stage.
No microphone.
No Sunday crowd.
No one to impress.
No one to notice.

Who are you then?

Authentic faith isn’t just about the things people can see. It’s about the decisions made behind closed doors. The thoughts we entertain. The conversations nobody hears. The way we treat our family. The integrity we carry into our work. What we look at when nobody knows. What we do when there’s absolutely nothing to gain from doing the right thing.

And sometimes the harder question isn’t what we’re doing…

It’s WHY we’re doing it.

Am I serving because I love Jesus—or because I love being noticed?

Am I worshiping because He’s worthy—or because people are watching?

Am I helping someone because I genuinely care—or because I want credit?

Am I avoiding something because God is leading me—or because I’m worried about what people might think?

Jesus isn’t looking for a polished version of us on Sunday and a completely different person Monday through Saturday.

He wants our heart. All of it.

The same person in the sanctuary.
The same person at home.
The same person online.
The same person behind closed doors.

That doesn’t mean perfection. It means authenticity. It means when we mess up, we own it. When God convicts us, we listen. When nobody is watching, we still choose Jesus.

Because character isn’t who we are when everyone is looking.

Character is who we are when only God is watching.

So here’s the question we’re asking ourselves today—and we’d love for you to wrestle with it too:

👉 If nobody ever knew what you did for Jesus, would you still do it?

That one hits a little different. ❤️
