In a world filled with worry and confusion, kids need to know there is a God who cares for them. At Union Church's Emerald Crossing VBS, they’ll journey through Ireland’s lush landscapes while exploring the powerful words of Psalm 23.

Throughout the adventure, kids will discover the life of the shepherd-king David and learn how to cross from worry to peace, from fear to faith, and from uncertainty to a firm foundation in God’s Word through a relationship with the Good Shepherd. 💚

Join us tonight for our normal Mid-Week Connect service! 🙌

We also wanted to let everyone know about a few upcoming schedule changes for June:

Then on June 17 & June 24, we’ll take a two-week break from our normal study for a special series:

🔥 “How to Share Your Faith”
Do you get nervous about sharing your faith? Have you wanted to feel more confident explaining the gospel to others? Need encouragement in personal evangelism?

These two Wednesday nights will be focused on practical equipping and encouragement for sharing Jesus with others in everyday life.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember those who gave their lives in service. We are grateful for their sacrifice and the freedom we share.

As a church, we also give thanks for the greater hope we have in Christ, who laid down His life for us.

Praying today for peace, comfort, and gratitude in every heart. “Greater love has no one than this…” John 15:13

UC Missions Monday
Did you see our new monthly email from the Missions Team a few weeks back? We’re excited to begin featuring a UC Missions spotlight each month, shared through both email and social media, to keep our church connected to what God is doing through local outreach and missions.

🔦Spotlight on: The Master’s Pantry (Markle, IN)
The Master’s Pantry is a charitable food bank located at Markle Church of Christ Campus, serving families in the Markle area on the 3rd Saturday of each month (9–10 AM). This ministry exists through the faithful partnership of local churches and volunteers who come together to meet real needs in their community.
Established in 2010, The Master’s Pantry currently serves an average of 96 families each month. Union Church has supported this ministry from the very beginning through food donations and financial giving via the Missions Board, and we are grateful for the ongoing impact being made.

There are always opportunities to help. Watch for requested items in the Thursday email and feel free to place donations in the red wagon to the right of the stage.

Together, we’re living out the mission of serving others and sharing Christ’s love in practical ways.

As we wrap up a very full and meaningful few weeks at UC, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate all that God has been doing in our church family throughout May.

We began the month celebrating Mother’s Day and honoring not only our mothers, but also the spiritual mothers who faithfully encourage, disciple, and love so many within our church. Their impact reaches far beyond what we often see.

This past Sunday we also recognized our high school and college graduates during Graduation Sunday. We are incredibly proud of each graduate and excited to see how God continues to lead them into the next season of life.

Following service, we gathered with our UC Camp 2026 staff team, and the excitement continues to grow. Camp registration is at a record number with more than 158 campers signed up! We also have over 50 staff members who are generously giving their time and energy to invest in the lives of these students this summer. A special thank you to Ron and Julie Goetz for leading such an impactful training session for our team. We are expectant for all God has in store at UC Camp 2026.

It has been a busy season filled with connection, community, and celebration and we are thankful for every moment of it.
