I heard this today and it’s something that really struck a chord with me and in posting it I hope it helps someone in need of this advice…

We need to accept apologies that we never receive because you cannot fix yourself by breaking someone else. In the words of Buddha, “Resentment is like drinking poison and expecting the other person you resent to die”

Thinking negative thoughts about others only harms the way YOU think. Internal healing will rectify external circumstance

Forgiveness does not prevent the behavior, but it does prevent the behavior from negatively affecting us

Our ego wants us to put other people in their place but what we should all strive to do is to try and put ourselves in their place.

Keith is absolutely amazing . He’s so personable and makes the process so smooth and stress free. He also always makes himself available to answer questions or concerns. People kept saying how great my ceremony was ! My sister is using him as well she liked him so much! Would recommend him to ever...
