Rummage Parking Lot Sale & Hotdog Sale on Saturday May 14 starting at 8 a.m. - 1ish. The sale will be at Highlawn Full Gospel Assembly 2485 4th Avenue, Huntington, WV. There will be a variety of things for sale from household goods, tools, clothing, homemade crafts, jewelry, Betty Boop purses, and more! Should we have rain venders will be set up in the fellowship hall. Come on out eat a good hotdog and support our vendors. God Bless!

MAY 15th HIGHLAWN FULL GOSPEL ASSEMBLY is celebrating its 30th year dedication in the new sanctuary at the church. (30th Anniversary since 1992)
We are having special service with Dustin Lambert who will Be ministering in song and you don’t want to miss this He is such a Blessing and his singing is so anointed.
Pastor Charlie Cremeans will be preaching.
Our Sunday School starts at 11 am and our Service starts at 12 noon. Come on out and celebrate and praise and worship the Lord with us.

Anger confounds many people in our world today. We simply don’t know how to handle our anger like we have in the past.
Think before you speak. Delay is a tremendous remedy for anger. You don’t need to delay indefinitely. If you’ve got an issue you need to deal with, you need to do so. Anger delayed indefinitely becomes bitterness. That’s worse than anger. Anger isn’t always a sin. Bitterness is.
If you respond impulsively, you tend to respond in anger. If you wait to talk about whatever conflict you’re dealing with, you’ll be more rational and reasonable when you do. The longer you hold your temper, the better your response will be. Give yourself time to think.
When conflict arises and you give yourself time to think, what should you think about?

It’s important to pray for others especially when they have personally asked you to. Many times we get too busy or we get caught up in what we ask of God concerning our own needs and wants. Remember there’s someone out there praying for you, so do what’s right… let’s really pray for others and take it to the throne room of the Lord. Take their request seriously, let them know that they can trust in you as a servant of Christ that you will pray in spirit for them. The Lord is coming back and I don’t know about you but I want to see as many people as I can be healed, be delivered, be blessed, and most of all give their hearts ♥️ to the Lord!

It may be cold out but come and warm up your soul with hearing the Word of the Lord. Feel the heat from the Spirit of the Lord as he sets a fire down deep in your soul🔥 Sunday School is at 11 am and Church Service at 12 pm.

God’s wonderful work as Our Creator is most beautifully displayed in snowflakes. They may pile up and cause lots of headaches – and backaches from shoveling – but each individual snowflake is a unique, glorious work of art. I’ve seen the pictures a million times, but I still find the close-up photographs of snowflakes to be absolutely breathtaking. And no two snowflakes are exactly alike.

If God has paid such attention to the detail in each tiny flake of snow, how much more does He pay attention to each human He has created in His own image? With a magnifying glass on a snowy day, take a look at the ice crystals and snowflakes that form on your window and share with your children the precious, unique design of God each one of them is as well!

Who/What do you put your trust in?
Do you listen to the opinions of others? do you Google everything and believe what you read? Do you listen to the thoughts that come into your mind? Is every word the Doctor speaks the way it’s gonna go for you or your loved ones?
The only REAL trust that we can depend on is trusting the Lord. He will never fail you, he knows what the next minute, next day, next year has in store for you. Stop putting your trust in everyone and everything else. The Bible says in Proverbs 3:5
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. (KJV)

Make time for Jesus!
Come worship the Lord tomorrow at church. Bring your family, friends, neighbors, etc. The Lord is coming back soon and now is the time!
Experience God’s presence and come expecting a blessing. If you don’t already have a home church please join us at Highlawn Full Gospel Assembly 2485 4th Avenue, Huntington, WV.
Sunday School 11 a.m.
Worship/Preaching 12 p.m.
(Kids Church in fellowship hall during the preaching)
