🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day! ❤️🤍💙

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” — 2 Corinthians 3:17

Today, we celebrate the blessings of freedom and give thanks for those who have sacrificed to protect it. As we gather with family and friends, enjoy fireworks, and celebrate our nation’s birthday, may we also remember the greatest freedom of all—the freedom found in Jesus Christ.

Let us pray for our nation, for our leaders, for our military, first responders, veterans, and for peace in our communities. May we strive to be people who reflect God’s love, extend His grace, and share the hope found in Christ.

Today, at Madison Avenue Christian Church, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy each day. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten, and their legacy lives on through grateful hearts and faithful remembrance.
