Raising kids to follow Jesus isn’t just for parents - it’s a job for all of us as the church. On Saturday, we each took a bracelet with the name of a child to pray over this school year, committing to playing our individual parts in each kid’s life as they navigate the fun - and often daunting - world of school.

If you’d like a bracelet, let us know and you can pick one up from us next weekend!

We’re hosting church on the beach to close out the summer and everyone’s invited! Meet us on Sunday 8/30 at 10am at City Beach (Beach Blvd & PCH) for worship, a message, baptisms down at the water, and a big potluck lunch to celebrate. We ask that everyone bring their own seating and a side dish for lunch so there’s more than enough to go around. If you want to get baptized that morning, let us know! We can’t wait ☀️
