Fear is a liar. It whispers worst-case scenarios, paralyzes your faith, and keeps you from living the life God called you to. But Paul’s message to Timothy reminds us that we have not been given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

This week we watched a message from Pastor Josh Howerton of Lakepointe Church, and explored how to break the spirit of fear. His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and he will supply exactly what you need for the valley you are in — the morning you need it.
