Sunday July 17, Worship in the Park for all of Humeston. Our Parish will gather there for worship at 10:00 am. Bring a lawn chair. Lord, let there be shade.

79 people have ordered tickets to Sunday's I-Cubs game. Randy has ordered 80 brats for the tailgate party in the north parking lot. It will be a fun day.

I'm still feeling spiritually high from the beautiful and meaningful Holy Week and Easter services in the parish. The music, the communion, the baptism, the crowds - all reflecting our Living God's powerful, loving victory over suffering, torture and death. Wow!
