đź“– Day 3: Breakthrough & Favor
Psalm 34:19
“Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.”
One of the greatest misconceptions about following God is the belief that faith eliminates problems.
Psalm 34:19 teaches the opposite.
David doesn’t say the righteous will have few troubles. He says they will have many. Challenges, disappointments, delays, opposition, and difficult seasons are all part of life.
But that’s not where the verse ends.
The promise is not that trouble won’t come.
The promise is that God will deliver.
Every battle has an expiration date.
Every trial has a purpose.
Every obstacle is subject to the power of God.
Breakthrough is not the absence of adversity. It is the evidence of God’s hand at work in the middle of it.
And favor doesn’t mean everything goes your way. Favor means God is working on your behalf, opening doors, making a way where there seems to be no way, and accomplishing what only He can do.
As we conclude this fast, remember:
Your situation may not have changed overnight, but God is still moving.
The God who delivered David, opened prison doors for Paul and Silas, and raised Jesus from the dead is still at work today.
🙏 Prayer: Lord, I trust You for breakthrough in every area of my life. Thank You that no challenge is greater than Your power. I receive Your favor with gratitude and expectation. Help me to trust Your timing and Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
💬 If you’re believing God for breakthrough, favor, or both, comment: GOD IS FAITHFUL.
