Father God, help us to recognize the seasons of our lives so that we are not uprooting when it's time to plant. Help us to recognize seasonal people in our lives so that we are not disappointed by their departure when our season together is over.

Father, teach us when we have been called for a season so that we don't exhaust ourselves trying to stay in a season that You are moving us from. Help us to do the work of the season so that we don't waste precious time while we're in it.

We will not be afraid because we have the assurance of Your promises in every season. We can shout; we can praise; we can give You the glory, no matter the season because we are not bound by fear, even when things are changing. Instead, we look forward to learning and growing through every season because every season belongs to You!

In the Name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Father God, thank You for reminding me this morning of how we take family and friends for granted, because we take life for granted. We always think there will be time to say I love you, time to say I'm sorry, time to encourage, time to do it later.

Father, help us so that we do not miss today's opportunities because we are counting on tomorrow. Remind us that there are people in our lives who need to know how we feel today.

Thank You for Your continued mercy and grace as we seek to give this day the attention it deserves. May You be lifted up across the nation today in a spirit of appreciation and thanksgiving for the things You have done! In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Repost:

Prayer based on Psalm 42

Father God, my tears have been my food day and night, while they say to me all day long, where is your God? And I remember and I say to my soul, why are you in despair? And why have you become disturbed within me? For my hope is in God and I shall again praise Him for the help of His presence.

Father, I remember Your deliverance in the past and I will continue to trust You. I believe that You will command Your lovingkindness in the daytime and Your song will be with me at night. My prayer is to You, the God of my life! My hope is in You.

So now, when I'm asked where is my God, I can speak through the tears; I can smile through the tears; I can breathe through the tears; and I can shout through the tears that my God is with me; allowing me to shed every layer of pain through every teardrop.

I can answer that my God is worthy of my praise because He can be trusted! And these tears are merely the gateway to healing as they cleanse my spiritual pallet, preparing me for the next part of my journey. And I am grateful! In the Name of Jesus I pray, Amen.

As you embark on today's journey, may the love of God embrace you. May the grace of God cover you. May the voice of God guide you. May the wisdom of God enrich your mind. May the peace of God walk with you. And may the arms of God hold you safe. In the Name of Jesus I pray, Amen.

Father God, this morning we pray for a calming peace that speaks softly in our spirit; a peace that breaks through the challenges we face; a peace that keeps us grounded in the midst of any chaos.

We pray for a peace that quietly creeps into the circumstances of our day, bringing a feeling that we cannot explain. We pray for the peace that passes our limited understanding; a peace that surpasses anything we have ever experienced before!

Thank You for Your peace!! In the Name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Father God, we pray that Your Word will pe*****te the hearts and minds of Your people today. We pray that those who hear the Word and don't understand it, will receive clarity before the evil one comes and snatches it.

We pray that those who hear the Word and receive it with joy temporarily, will become firmly rooted in You so that the trials they go through will not cause them to fall away from the Word.

We pray for those who hear the Word, but allow the deceitfulness of riches to choke the Word from them. May they be delivered from the worries of this world so that the Word becomes fruitful in their lives.

And Father we pray that those who hear the Word with understanding and are able to bear fruit because of it, will become powerful witnesses and encouragers to those who are struggling.

Thank You for Your enlightening Word in Matthew 13! In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
