Legacy Baptist Church

I haven't posted in a while because, honestly, I don't get on here much anymore. But I felt the need to say that this morning, in the worship gathering of Legacy Baptist Church, was one of the greatest mornings in the history of ever. Five precious followers of Jesus were baptized in front of their familes and church family.

We sang together. We opened God's Word together. We worshipped and celebrated Jesus together and on the way home this afternoon, I cried like a man my age never should. I was overwhelmed by God's faithfulness and I just wanted to let the sweet folks of Legacy know that they are loved and valued and it is my deep honor to be their pastor and their friend.

There is no place in the world I would have rather been than in that place with all of you this morning. To God be the glory and to Legacy, thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And as always: Love y'all bunches.

I just wanted to thank the sweet folks of Legacy for an amazing start to the new year this morning. We worshipped our king, we praised him as we should and we felt his presence in the sacred assembly. If you don't have a church home but are thinking about finding one, we'd love for you to come hang out with us on a Sunday morning.
