The services for our dear Brother John Powell are as follows:
Wednesday, May 28th: Visitation at 5 - 7 pm at the Locust Grove Funeral Home. Directions: go north from the 412 & 82 hwy intersection to the stop light. Continue north and pass the schools on the right and the football stadium on the left and turn left at the very next road. The funeral home will be the white building on your left. If you go passed the Country Cottage Buffet, you've gone too far north.
Thursday, May 29th: Funeral service is at 10 am at Prairie View Church on North Clear Creek Rd - travel to the second mile intersection and continue north and you'll see the church on your left after you pass W Groat Rd.
Burial will be at New Home Cemetery on Lost City Rd near Peggs.
Dinner for family and friends is at the Peggs Community Church gym after the committal at the cemetery is complete.

Also - a message from Bishop Randell Drake: January 19 is Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. I encourage everyone and every church to pray for the unborn, the elderly, the terminally ill and families of these. May we all value life.

Due to the weather conditions, church services are cancelled for Sunday, January 12th. A lot of our folks just can't get out in this and our parking lot is still very snow/ice covered. Blessings and stay safe! We'll see you next week!!
