It has been a faithful presence in Beaverdam where God's people of all ages have gathered as part of the Reformed tradition to worship and serve our great Triune God, celebrating together the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pinewood Derby Races this evening at Beaverdam CRC! Our Cadets boys group, GEMS girls group, and Open Class (everyone else) raced and competed for speed AND design (“Best of Show”). Ice cream sundaes were an excellent way to finish up the evening.

The first ever Beaverdam CRC Puzzle Competition is in the bag, and about $400 [UPDATE - $500!] was raised for Bible League International! Each team had up to two hours to complete the exact same 500 piece puzzle. The winning team completed it in just under one hour! Thanks to Nancy Diemer who organized this wonderful (and annual) event.

On a day where our nation was reminded that there is great evil in the world, a group from Beaverdam CRC spent a couple of hours at Sus Manos Gleaners packing food stuffs for those over in Ukraine who face their own horrors and struggles due to evils in this world. But as Christians, when asked how to respond to these unspeakable evils, we remember Romans 12:21, “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” By God’s grace we will not let evil prevail, but with the help of His Holy Spirit we will contend for the good, for we remember how our Savior Himself overcame the greatest evil ever perpetuated with good.

Our Prayer Gathering for Rain this past Thursday evening at Visser Farms Country Market. 200+ Christians from the community gathering together for prayer using the “ACTS” (Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication) format for the evening, with Scripture and songs.
