From ancient times to today, humanity has wrestled with pride, envy, wrath, gluttony, lying, gossip, greed, lust, and sloth. We commit them. We suffer from them. This summer, beginning this Sunday, June 21, we’ll explore David’s stories to discover how these ancient sins still affect us. Along the way, we’ll consider why we’re tempted toward these sins and why God’s way is better. We’ll discover God’s faithfulness: He meets us in our sin and protects us from the sins of others.
