Do you have a passion for early childhood education and a heart for leadership? Bethel Highlands Preschool is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director to join our team!
As our Assistant Director, you'll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our preschool, mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with Wisconsin licensing requirements, and helping create a positive, nurturing environment where children, families, and teachers can thrive.
We're looking for someone who:
🍎 Meets Wisconsin DCF qualifications for both a Child Care Teacher and Administrator
🌱 Has at least 3 years of lead teaching experience in an early childhood classroom
👥 Has a minimum of 2 years of experience supervising or leading staff
❤️ Is passionate about supporting children, families, and educators
📚 Has a strong understanding of Wisconsin child care licensing regulations and early childhood best practices
