Pope Leo XIV has declared a special Jubilee Year
marking the 800th anniversary of St. Francis of Assisi's
passage into eternal life, running January 10, 2026 to
January 10, 2027. A plenary indulgence is available to the
faithful who devoutly visit a chapel, parish, or shrine
connected to St. Francis, pray for the pope's intentions,
and reflect on his example of peace and charity — after
fulfilling the usual conditions (confession, Eucharist,
detachment from sin). Please consider taking part in this wonderful opportunity!
