WELCOME to our church! Huddleston Parkway Church is a church which has a long history in this region. She is made up of some of the finest people in all of Central Virginia. You will find her a church who does genuinely care about people. NEW BEGINNINGS. In the Spring of 2023, we became a nondenominational Church. We are a Church who accepts responsibility to fulfill the mission Christ has left us

willingly and joyfully. We are pleased to have you worship with us and believe that we will enable you to feel the presence of Jesus and to feel truly welcome. God Loves you and so do we. Our goal is to be servants of the Lord Jesus Christ. May we serve you? We say to all who sorrow and need solace -- to all who are weary and need rest -- to all who are friendless and need friendship -- to all who pray and to all who do not, but ought to -- to all believers who hunger and thirst after righteousness -- and to who so ever will, this church opens wide its doors and in the matchless name of Jesus Christ, says WELCOME!

Join us this coming Sunday as we worship a risen Savior!! See you at 10 AM.

Once again, the weather has made it such that we feel it is best to cancel our worship service tomorrow. A BIG THANKS to member, Steve Hackworth for scraping our parking lot in hopes that it will be possible to hold services next Sunday. Stay warm and safe friends!

After careful consideration, we have decided it is in the best interest of our members and guests to cancel our worship service tomorrow. We would like to advise everyone that the Huddleston Fire Department, main station and Palestine Baptist Church will both serve as warming centers in the event of power outages. Please be safe if you must go out!!

Thankful for those who served, past and present, to protect our country.

One of our members, Rita Hackworth reminds us that Tomorrow, September 21, is National Back to Church Sunday. If you haven't been in a while, how about visiting one again. If you don't have a church, I'm inviting you to go with me to Huddleston Parkway Church or go with a friend or family to their church.

Some Food for Thought:
(Not written by me.)

NEVER HAD IT SUMMED UP LIKE THIS BEFORE.
Why go to Church?
I think this is fantastic, I just love the guy's answer, and the interpretation for the word BIBLE. Enjoy and pass it on .
A Church goer wrote a letter to the editor of a newspaper and complained that it made no sense to go to church every Sunday.
He wrote: "I've gone for 30 years now, and in that time I have heard something like 3,000 sermons, but for the life of me, I can't remember a single one of them. So, I think I'm wasting my time, the preachers and priests are wasting theirs by giving sermons at all".
This started a real controversy in the "Letters to the Editor" column.
Much to the delight of the editor, it went on for weeks until someone wrote this clincher:
"I've been married for 30 years now. In that time my wife has cooked some 32,000 meals. But, for the life of me, I cannot recall the entire menu for a single one of those meals.
But I do know this: They all nourished me and gave me the strength I needed to do my work. If my wife had not given me these meals, I would be physically dead today.
Likewise, if I had not gone to church for nourishment, I would be spiritually dead today!"
When you are DOWN to nothing, God is UP to something!
Faith sees the invisible, believes the incredible & receives the impossible!
Thank God for our physical and our spiritual nourishment!
IF YOU CANNOT SEE GOD IN ALL, YOU CANNOT SEE GOD AT ALL !
B I. B L. E. simply means: Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth!
When you are about to forward this to others, the devil will discourage you. Go ahead and do it!!
