I have to cancel bible study for tomorrow. My car is tore apart in the garage - Needs brakes and rotors and they sent me the wrong parts....!!! So bible study will be cancelled for Wednesday.

This morning I pay respects to one of my best friends who made it to Heaven before the rest of us. The bible says, to be absent from the body is to be with the Lord.

Rosie, be encouraged in the love of Christ. Jesus told us this in the Book of John, chapter 14 -
14 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

The time has come to trade in our church pews. I just listed them on Marketplace. The old ones need to be gone by the 20th. We have to make room for other ones. Grab some before they're gone. They will make good seating even for your backyard BBQ. They can even be cut down. Make an offer and take one or all.

Just a note to say the Sanctuary is almost ready to go. Trouble is I have to stay on these contractors to keep them moving along. I should not have to do that, but I guess it is what it is as they say.

Also food give-out is this Friday 5/22/26 from 10-noon.
