Family Life Center Project Update
We are now in Week 44 of the Family Life Center project. This new facility will provide space for our temporary sanctuary, fellowship hall, music room, arts and environment, three meeting rooms, Gabriel Project, Social Services, St. Luke Credit Union, and staff offices. As of August 24, 2026, St. Luke has used $5,304,254.06 from our $10,600,000.00 line of credit through the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. We have experienced some difficulties with the sewer line project that the City of Pearland requires. The City of Pearland has granted us permission to remain on the Clear Brook MUD system until the sewer line project is completed. Once the project is finished, we will transition to the City of Pearland's water and sewer system. Please continue to pray that the project goes smoothly and that construction stays on schedule. We are hopeful that we will be able to move into the new building by mid-October 2026.

Walk-in cooler: $18,835.00
HVAC system: Approximately $1,027,040.00
Sanctuary chairs: $70,062.00 — the chairs have been completed.
