The purpose of The Issachar Conference is to equip today’s leader with the necessary tools that will enable him or

Faithfulness doesn’t always feel fruitful in the moment.
Sometimes it looks like consistency when no one notices, obedience when results are slow, and endurance when the weight feels heavy.

But this morning, Carlos Kelly reminded us of a necessary truth:
“If you’re faithful, God will make you fruitful.”
Fruit is God’s responsibility. Faithfulness is ours. Keep showing up. Keep serving. Keep trusting. In due season, what’s been planted will produce.

Ministry can be meaningful… but it can also become a mask.
�This morning’s message challenged us with a hard truth: if your soul is tired and your heart is carrying weight, ministry can start to feel less like purpose and more like a distraction.

You can stay busy serving, showing up, and building—while silently avoiding what’s breaking inside. Leadership requires endurance, but endurance isn’t pretending you’re okay. Sometimes the strongest thing a leader can do is face what’s going on internally.
