The purpose of The Issachar Conference is to equip today’s leader with the necessary tools that will enable him or

her to understand the set times of the church. These times require the men and women of God to take a valiant approach to the Ministry of Christ in our ever-changing world. This conference is hosted by Ralph Douglas West ministries at The Church Without Walls (http://www.churchwithoutwalls.org).

The Baptist World Alliance is pleased to announce the appointment of Rev. Dr. Ralph Douglas West as Ambassador for Preaching and Multiplying Congregations. Bringing more than 50 years of preaching experience and over 40 years of pastoral ministry, Ambassador West will serve as a volunteer leader providing pastoral presence, specialized expertise, and global representation in advancing this strategic ministry priority. His new role will focus on strengthening preachers, connecting churches, and inspiring a new generation of Baptists to disciple others with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Faithfulness doesn’t always feel fruitful in the moment.
Sometimes it looks like consistency when no one notices, obedience when results are slow, and endurance when the weight feels heavy.

But this morning, Carlos Kelly reminded us of a necessary truth:
“If you’re faithful, God will make you fruitful.”
Fruit is God’s responsibility. Faithfulness is ours. Keep showing up. Keep serving. Keep trusting. In due season, what’s been planted will produce.
