SACK LUNCH BLESSINGS

A massive Thank You to everyone who has been donating sandwiches and sack lunches for Casa Juan Diego. Because of your incredible generosity, we are able to nourish so many in our community.

As we head into Summer 2026, the need is growing. Food insecurity rises sharply during the summer months, especially while regular donors travel and school meal programs are on pause. Local shelters are seeing a significant increase in families seeking food assistance right now. We need your help to bridge this summer gap and ensure no one is turned away hungry.

We invite new families and individuals to join our Sack Lunch Blessings Ministry each week. It is a wonderful, hands-on service project to do with your kids over the summer break.

How You Can Help Each Tuesday: Individually wrapped sandwiches OR a full sack lunch (including a sandwich, chips, and a piece of fruit). Bring them to the St. Theresa Parish Office on Monday afternoon until 6:00 p.m., or on Tuesday morning by 9:00 a.m.

Our dedicated parishioners will handle the delivery straight to Casa Juan Diego.

Happy 19th Ordination Anniversary, Fr. Vincent!

Today, we celebrate and thank God for 19 years of faithful priestly ministry. Your dedication, compassion, and servant leadership have been a blessing to our parish community and beyond. Thank you for saying "yes" to God's call.

Please join us in congratulating Fr. Vincent on this special milestone and keep him in your prayers.

A BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF OUR HISTORY RETURNS

If you look toward the back of the sanctuary, next to the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe, you will notice a stunning, familiar sight: the Betrothal of Joseph and Mary stained-glass window.

Created in 1959 by the renowned studio Botz and Miesen of Cologne, Germany. Crafted under the direction of Fr. Diefenbach and architects Golemon and Rolfe. Purchased using memorial gifts from our parishioners during the 1956 capital campaign.

This window belongs to the original set of 36 sacred windows that tell the story of our faith, depicting the 7 sacraments, the 12 apostles, the 4 evangelists, the 5 glorious and joyful mysteries, the seals of the Carmelite Order, and Pope Pius XI (who canonized our patroness, St. Theresa).

Next time you visit St. Theresa in Memorial Park, take a moment to look back, appreciate its beauty, and say a prayer of gratitude for the generations of parishioners who built our beautiful parish home.
