¡El Ministerio “Mochila de Amigos” (Backpack Buddy) para el fin de semana acaba de comenzar en la Escuela Primaria Brookwood!

Cada semana, una bolsa de plástico con provisiones y varias sorpresas irá directamente a las mochilas de los estudiantes.

La idea de este ministerio provino de nuestra Pastora Asociada y Pastora de Ministerios Hispanos, Reverenda Sheila Castellano. Ya estamos ampliando este esfuerzo, habiendo trabajado previamente con la Primaria Clear Lake City.

Nuestra nueva asociación con la Primaria Brookwood, donde cerca del 40% de los estudiantes son bilingües, nos permitirá ayudar a muchas familias de la comunidad.

Join us tomorrow, Wednesday, April 9th, in Fellowship Hall for an inspiring evening with Willie Berman, Director of Manos Juntas Mexico, a ministry of the Methodist Church of Mexico! Manos Juntas Mexico serves the people and churches of Northeast Mexico ('Manos Juntas' translates to 'Hands Together' in Spanish). Discover how your support impacts lives through their medical clinics, schools, and community outreach.



Pizza and salad will be provided at 6:30 pm, and Berman's presentation will begin at 6:45 pm. Be there to hear stories of hope and opportunities made possible through prayer, mission trips, and donations.
