God is moving through every generation, every background and every gift as we walk arm in arm with Jesus. This is the beauty of the church: no one walks alone, and everyone has a part to play at Houston’s First.

What if we've misunderstood what it means to be blessed?

God's blessing does not equal a trouble-free life. However, it does mean that when we walk through the wilderness, we don't walk alone.

God keeps us, guides us, and gives us peace in the midst of what we're facing. Whatever the journey holds, God is by our side.

What a summer! 🙌☀️

More than 5,000 children, students, families, and PATHMAKERS gathered through VBS, camps, and mission trips across Houston’s First. From worship and Bible study to outdoor adventures and sharing the Gospel, every moment had one purpose: pointing the next generation toward Jesus.

We’re celebrating friendships formed, faith strengthened, communities served, and lives changed. Houston's First family, thank you for praying, giving, and investing in the next generation. God is moving and the best is still ahead! 🎉

You may not know what God is doing, but you can trust that He is doing something.
 
The wilderness is not evidence that God has abandoned you. He may be shaping your faith, preparing your next step, or accomplishing something you cannot see yet.
 
Take inventory. Put God at the center. Choose belief and gratitude. And keep moving with Him.
