I watched a beautiful tribute to our fallen heroes on and was moved, reminded and encouraged that their bravery was not in vain. We owe more than a moment or a day, may we continuously pray and be grateful for those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

Moms, we wish our babies knew that every hurt or heartbreak would one day heal and be okay. When they make a mistake or misstep we always know they’ll learn, get back up and be even better. Why? Because we’ve been there, probably done that. AND. WE’RE. O.K.

Our Heavenly Father is saying the same- the hard times, the hurt, the brokenness, and breakdowns- He’s been there, and is still there to walk in it and through it with you. Take heart, receive His peace during the storm. He’s already overcome it, and you will too.

Hello! Did you have a winning week or are you about to go into this new week hoping for a do-over? Either way, you can make it what you want with a faith-focused heart and mind. First thing is this; guard your heart from anything that’s trying to bring you down, take your joy or pierce your peace. Next, God did not give us a spirit of fear, so do not be afraid of that meeting, that phone call or that decision. And are you being lead by faith or fear? Stand in strength- when your heart is right, love will always overcome envy, obstacles and doubters, and you will win!

Trials come to make us stronger? If we’re being honest that is not the initial feeling. The purpose in the pain is not always apparent and our happiness is nonexistent as a result. Oh but joy… joy that is anchored in Jesus, His love and His grace, holds us when we’re broken and gives our heart strength when we’re hurt. Let that joy comfort you, keep you and lift you until you get your happy back. And I promise, happy times are ahead!

Last week we celebrated Grandparents Day and though my Grandmother has gone to be with the Lord, her lessons and love are still with me💜🙏🏽

To our grandparents who are crowned with wisdom and pray over us, may you be honored, showered with love, and may your years be overflowing with favor. Let’s celebrate daily those who sacrificed and those who still make our days so special with their love and generosity. We and our children are so fortunate to have them and may we look forward to those golden years!

Did something go wrong? Pray. Was everything just right? Praise. Keep connecting with God on what you need and keep giving Him the glory when you get it. Don’t have the words? Psalm 23. Don’t know the song- Turn on some worship music and “take me to church” in the middle of traffic. Nothing like a spirit filled break to remind you God is in it with you whether things are up of down. Pray, praise and press on! Be blessed!

Need a faith boost today? Just like dreams don’t work unless you do, blessings don’t happen without belief! While hoping and praying, make sure you are believing for what you’re receiving. See it as yours, making it happen, your dream a reality. Doubt does you no good, so what if today you said I am believing beyond my doubts that the desires of my heart will be mine-
Believe for it!
