We will end activity on this account with this post.
The first pic was the first photo we posted on this account. Nighttime photo of the metro rail stop at Harrisburg Blvd & Cesar Chavez Blvd.
We still long to see our neighborhood filled with shalom. We trust God has been at work way before us, through us during our time in existence, and long after we are gone. This is His world, after all.
Some of you who are fellow East Enders have reached out, sad to hear of our closing. I want to let you know that I () am always around and down to grab a coffee, lunch, or a beer and connect.
But beyond that, those who wished to remain together as we merged with Kerusso Grace Church will turn into a Missional Community Group under Kerusso, and we will come together in a home every Wednesday night. Reach out to me () for details on that.
If you want to join us on Sundays, we aint hard to find, we’ll be worshipping right down the way, in Near Northside:
Kerusso Grace Church
Sundays @ 10am
2314 Cochran St
Houston, TX 77009
Go follow to stay up to date with our new church home.
Oh, and the 3rd and last photo here is symbolic. New season, new growth, Springtime is coming.
“Come tend the soil
Come tend the soil of my soul
And like a garden
And like a garden I will grow
I will grow…”
We love you, East End.
