It is with heavy hearts that we share in the loss of the Foster family in the passing of Minister Thomas “Tom” Foster. The Sugar Land Church of Christ extends condolences to the Foster Family.
Brother Foster served the Fifth Ward Church of Christ in Houston for decades and planted other churches in the Houston area (Missouri City Church of Christ and the Aldine Mail Route Church of Christ). He was a missionary, a great evangelist, preacher and minister of the gospel of Christ. He was a great supporter of Christian Education, namely, Southwestern Christian College.
His famous saying: "The Bible is RIGHT!" One of his favorite scriptures: Psalms 103:2 - "Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits."
Please keep in prayer his lovely wife (Flora) and family during this season.
