What started as weekly bible study in the Burrell family household evolved to church services on Sunday. Pastor Shannon Burrell felt the move of God to open a ministry where people could learn and experience God in a judgment free zone! iving nature and love towards the believer. On January 4th, 2015, Second Chance House of Prayer held their first service in Houston TX. Since then, God has had his hand on the ministry as his word is being lived, preached, and experienced throughout the congregation. The vision for this ministry is to “Empower the Individual, Family, and Community by sharing the love of Jesus Christ. In light of the pain and agony this world presents, this ministry has an assignment to look for ways to rebuild the broken-hearted and give hope to those desiring a “Second Chance”. Blessings,
