In a city as big and busy as Houston, it’s easy to stay isolated, but the Men’s Retreat was a reminder that God gives us brothers in the church to walk with—men who know you, pray for you, encourage you, and stand with you through every season.

This past weekend, men from Christ the King stepped away from the pace of Houston to spend time together in fellowship, prayer, and encouragement. Through conversations, shared meals, and time in God’s Word, friendships were strengthened and new relationships began—relationships that don’t end when the retreat does, but continue in the everyday moments of work, family, and life in our city.

We’re grateful for the way God is building a community of men who walk alongside one another—encouraging each other, bearing burdens together, and pointing one another to Christ. This is what it means to do life together.
