Good morning FB We must Learn how to Defeat our Giants 1 Samuel 17:32
Then David said to Saul, “Let no man’s heart fail because of him; your servant will go and fight with this Philistine.” you are starting a new week I want to ask you a question? Who is your Giant? Is the Giant in your life financial burdens, family stress, Health issues, a toxic relationship? Whatever you are dealing with today, I want to remind you that giants do fall. There are some crises and issues that we can not get through on our own. But there are times in our life, when our biggest fears are in our own head and hearts, they are not real. I wonder how many of us are allowing things that are not even real to control us! These invisible fears control the decisions we make, the control the risk we allow in our lives, they control how we see ourselves and think about our future. Sometimes, we allow all the troubles in our mind and spirits to get us down and knock us off of our element. Some problems knock us out so good that it feels hard to get up. But, as children of God with access to the Kingdom’s tools, we have everything we need to fight against the troubles of this world. Jesus showed us on the cross and through His resurrection that there is nothing in this world, even death, that can destroy us. Just as David, a young shepherd boy from the backwoods of Jerusalem slayed a mighty, renowned giant to the ground, you can--by faith--slay all your worries, stresses, heartbreaks, sicknesses, and brokenness. You are the giant to them. Continue to Trust God in everything you do. Be Blessed FB Family Remain Faithful and true to God and your significant other and God and Your significant other will remain faithful and true to you.
