Welcome! I am looking forward to being able to offer spiritual direction in an official capacity after completing a 2-year training program through Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction.

I have been on the receiving end of spiritual direction, and have had several directors myself over the past 5 or 6 years. Through their guidance, as well as that of my program facilitators, I can honestly say that I am stronger, more compassionate, more grace-filled for myself and others, more open and more at peace with God than I have ever been before. Spiritual direction has given me language to wrestle with faith and doubt, and to ask good questions.

As a spiritual director, it is very important to me that I create a safe space for you to feel comfortable and be in the presence of God. I am excited to be able to offer this beautiful gift to others and I pray it is as much a gift to you as it has been, and continues to be, for me.
