**WARNING TO YOUNG PASTORS**
Listen, nothing will damage the momentum of your ministry more than having immature or underdeveloped people in your circle or on your leadership team. Many millennial and gen z leaders believe that the “Glory” grows your church. It doesn’t! The Glory draws the crowds, but administration grows the church. You can have Heaven touch earth in your sanctuary every Sunday and remain in a store front. Beware of the temptation to allow the wrong people, with the wrong spirit to represent you. I see this too often. Anointed leaders, with an incompatible team. Everytime you leave on a speaking engagement, these immature leaders sow seeds of dissension in your church that you have to counteract with “All night prayer” and “Deliverance”…all the while, your people are being oppressed and afflicted by the undisciplined spirit residing in the crevices of your leadership team.
Acts 6:3 (KJV)
Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.
The early Apostles carried the glory, but they had the wisdom to understand the need for proper administration in order to sustain the supernatural growth they were experiencing. If the Glory is falling on your church…Get your team together. Cast vision. Make sure they have your heart and that they are a reflection of your personality. If you don’t do this, the growth you are experiencing will not last.
