We are excited to announce that the 3rd cohort of our nationally recognized Prevent T2 Diabetes Prevention Program will begin Thursday, February 5th.
Prevent T2 is a faith-based lifestyle change program designed to help participants prevent or delay Type 2 diabetes through education, support, and sustainable habits.

This program is sponsored by the Social Justice Ministry as part of our ongoing commitment to address and mitigate the disproportionate impact of Type 2 diabetes in our community. Please share with other ministries, family, and friends.
