Visiting a church for the first time can be nerve-racking, but having an idea of what to expect can help. There are three main parts to every Sunday service: preaching, worship, and kids. However, church is more than a service. It’s people living life together and helping one another throughout our local and global community to

serve. Each week, FFAUMC’s humble congregation of a few hundred meets to learn about God, pray, eat, laugh, and live in fellowship.

We are overjoyed to invite you to a special Joint Sunrise Service as we celebrate the miracle of the empty tomb together. This year, we are uniting with our brothers and sisters from First Filipino American UMC, Bellaire UMC, Trinity UMC, and Mission Bend UMC for a powerful morning of worship and reflection.

CHURCH CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER

After careful consideration of the hazardous weather and road conditions, leadership has decided to cancel worship service and activities for tomorrow, January 25, 2026. While we love gathering together, the safety of our congregation is our top priority.
We encourage you to worship from home and stay safe. We plan to resume regular services next Sunday, February 01, 2026.
