Annunciation Cathedral Philoptochos members visited and toured the SEARCH Homeless Services new Houston facility. Our chapter and cathedral have been partners since SEARCH’s inception in 1989, providing volunteers, food and funds for over 37 years. On Sunday February 1, the Annunciation Cathedral Philoptochos celebrated our annual Vasilopita blessing. We thank everyone for their help and for their generous donations. Our  Philoptochos ladies prepared over 125 beautiful Vasilopites for sale and auction.

At the 2025 Children’s Medical Fund Luncheon, Philoptochos proudly reaffirmed our commitment to healing and hope. 🙏 A $25,435 grant to the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy in Atlanta, GA, will provide free therapy for children who are survivors of abuse, trafficking, violence, and trauma, offering them a path to recovery, safety, and renewed hope for the future. Through these vital initiatives, Philoptochos is turning compassion into lasting impact for children in need. 💜
