Rise’s first ‘The Surrendered Heart’ 2026 retreat was a success! We are immensely grateful to be a part of helping so many young adults in continuing their faith. We are thankful for all of the help we received throughout formations, the speakers who came out, our retreat team, and even our retreatants-we couldn’t have done it without you all. 🫶🏼

This Thursday July 9th, is the kickoff to Cafe Catholica! ☕️✨Every Thursday this month there will be a talk on a new topic. This event hosted by the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston and gives us all a chance to meet other young adults who are interested in growing in their faith. Our Wednesday’s meetings will focus on the talks, which is where Cafe Connect comes into play! Leslie and I are this year’s facilitators, if you’d want to discuss the talks and engage in activities, you can sign up with the QR code in the photo! If all spots fill up, don’t fret! Everyone is welcomed. If anyone has any questions about anything, please feel free to reach out!

Before serving at Surrendered Heart this Saturday, our team had the opportunity to step back, be spiritually nourished, and grow closer to one another during our Servers Retreat! We are grateful for the time spent in prayer, fellowship, and preparation as we get ready to serve. A huge thank you to the mesa directiva of EPJ for coordinating this for us. See you this Saturday!
