Many people treat sharing their faith as something reserved for pastors, missionaries, or special events. Jesus saw it differently!

The assignment was never limited to a stage, a microphone, or a church building. It was designed to happen in the everyday moments of life. At work. At school. In your neighborhood. Around the dinner table. During conversations with friends. As you go!

To the believer that decided not to go to church today…

You are not a disappointment to God because your faith feels tired right now. And you do not need to disappear in shame just because life has been heavy lately.

Sometimes people pull away from church because they’re exhausted. Sometimes it’s disappointment. Sometimes it’s anxiety, burnout, unanswered prayers, or just trying to survive another week without unraveling in the Target parking lot...

But isolation has a sneaky way of convincing us that we’re safer alone!

The beauty of the church was never that everyone walks in with it all together. The beauty is that Jesus meets ordinary, messy, worn out people and reminds them they still belong!

Romans 8:38 and 39 reminds us that nothing can separate us from the love of God. Not even your difficult season. Not even your doubts. Not even your absence!

There’s still a seat for you here. No pressure. No pretending. Just people learning how to pursue life with Jesus together!

Because the right voices can help heal, strengthen, and guide your life. And the wrong ones can quietly pull you away from who God created you to be 🤍

If you’ve ever felt tired, overwhelmed, or close to giving up, you are not weak. You are human. And God is still near to you in the middle of it!

Sometimes healing starts with simply taking one more step forward when everything in you wants to stop.

Keep going.
God still has purpose for your life 🤍

That’s also why we have to be careful what voices we allow to shape us. Not every message that sounds encouraging actually leads people toward truth. If a voice points more toward self help, temporary comfort, or morality than it does toward Jesus, it will always leave people spiritually empty.

Real hope is not found in a motivational message...
Real life is found in Christ!

You sit down to pray and your brain suddenly remembers groceries, emails, bills, and that weird thing you said in 2017... 👀 Life gets busy. Energy gets low. Motivation disappears. It happens to more people than you think!

The good news is that God is not waiting for a perfect spiritual performance from you! He simply invites you to stay connected to Him, even in small and ordinary ways.

Here are 3 practical ways to stay spiritually grounded during busy or difficult seasons:

1) Start smaller than you think you need to.
A few honest minutes with God matters more than forcing yourself through something that feels overwhelming.

2) Build rhythms instead of waiting for motivation.
Pray during your commute. Read one Psalm before bed. Listen to worship music while making dinner. Tiny moments add up.

3) Stay around people who point you toward Jesus.
Faith grows stronger in community. Sometimes we need other people to remind us of truth when we feel tired or distracted.

God is still near, even in seasons where you feel spiritually worn out.
