Our children have been participating in an experiment over the past month in which we have been exploring how powerful our words are. During this experiment, each child has had the opportunity to speak kind words to a plant and unkind words to a plant. The plants are cared for exactly the same- have received the same amount of water and sunlight. The plants also started out the same size. Check out our results thus far! ”Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.“ Ephesians 4:29

Congratulations to the Infante family for winning 1st place at our Chili Cook-off! It was a very special secret recipe and well deserved. Thank you to everyone who came and participated. It was a great night of food, fellowship, and fun!

This month is all about kindness! We are learning to show others they are valuable by how we treat them. Join us for Bible Class Sunday mornings at 10:15 and Wednesday evenings at 6:30!

The month of August has been all about creativity- using your imagination to do something new! On Sunday, we talked about the building of the tabernacle. We divided into groups and the kids were challenged to build their own structures to protect something precious. So much fun!
