With a heavy heart, we acknowledge the passing of Reverend Jesse Jackson, a servant of God and a giant in the fight for justice.

Rev. Jackson’s life was a living reminder that faith without works is dead, and that the Gospel is not only something we preach it is something we must live. He stood boldly for the oppressed, spoke truth to power, and his legacy, and we pray for his family, his loved ones, and all those who were impacted by his ministry and his leadership.

May we carry the torch forward, continuing the work of justice, love, and righteousness until every voice is heard and every life is valued.

Rest well, Reverend Jackson. Well done, good and faithful servant.

Happy New Year, Intergenerational House of Prayer Family!

As we step into 2026, I give thanks to God for each of you and for the grace that has carried us this far. The Lord has been faithful, and I believe this new year will be a season of renewal, growth, and divine increase for our church and our families.
The Word of God declares, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth” (3 John 1:2). This is my prayer for you in this year of 2026. That you prosper spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially, and that the peace of God order every step of your life.

May this year bring fresh vision, strength for the journey, and overflowing blessings in your homes. May our young and our seasoned walk together in unity, faith, and love, growing stronger as one body in Christ. I believe God is positioning Intergenerational House of Prayer to be a greater light, a place of healing, and a house where prayers are answered and purpose is revealed.

As we move forward, let us do so with expectation, knowing that “the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day” (Proverbs 4:18).

May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He cause His face to shine upon you and grant you peace in 2026.

With love and faith,

Pastor Grandison Porter

POV: The Prince of Peace steps into your chaos 👑✨ Isaiah prophesied that Jesus would be called the Prince of Peace, and when He shows up, confusion has to go! This Advent season, remember that His peace isn't just the absence of problems - it's the presence of wholeness even in the storm. Thank God for the peace He's supplied!
